Unfortunately, I already take D-Mannose, but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick. D-Mannose is most effective with E. Coli bacteria. This Strep B seems to be hanging on no matter what! Luckily I never had a UTI until I was in my late 20s, and even more frequently with Mirena. I'm hopeful that when my hormones get in line that this problem may fade?
