Yes, that was my plan. But I gave in on Saturday and am now taking 1/2 grain nature-throid along with my 50 mg daily iodoral. I'm hoping I can wean off the nature-throid as I become more iodine-sufficient. However, after reading Citingsources posts, now I'm worried that I might be interfering with the absorption of the Iodine by taking the nature-throid, though.

By the way, I did listen to almost all the audios, including the 2-hour Dr. Flechas interview. Maybe I need to listen again, but it didn't seem to clear up for me whether it was okay to combine.

I wonder if I need to use natural progesterone cream or anything else to help get everything in balance too.

UGH, I'm just so sick of constantly worrying about my damn hormones! :(
