I have never had a problem with the principle of "agree to disagree" and do not want to convince anyone, just share what I know is right.

Talk of "right": "Ortho" in Greek means "straight" although within the language it is sometimes applied to "correct" also.

Your body can process only a certain volume of each nutrient in a lifetime. Thus using concentrates helps you go through your "allowance" more quickly.

Remember that many "medicines" like Penicillin are perfectly natural and that poisons like Poison Ivy and Arsenic are also perfectly natural.. thus distinguishing good from bad on the basis of natural alone is invalid.

I will NOT use nor support the use of "supplements" in healthy people. My conscience will not allow that. But I respect your views completely and without condition.
