Hi Nile...I had Group b with both of my boys pre-Mirena. I think my sister didn't have it with her first, but did have it 8 years later with her second. Dr.s say some people have it some don't. I just had Antibiotics as soon as i got to the hospital before I delivered. Hope this helps. Best of luck with your delivery, I know your close! Keep us posted!
