What steps have you taken to diagnose yourself? Have you had saliva or blood hormone testing? Has anyone knowledgeable helped you with your diagnosis based on test results, history, risk factors, and symptoms?
>He tells not to eat potassium...other nutritionists do not recommend it.For what problem? If you have adrenal fatigue, and if your adrenal fatigue is resulting in low aldosterone levels, then it's likely your sodium is getting urinated out much more than your potassium. Since your body needs to keep a particular ratio of potassium to sodium, this urinating out too much sodium will imbalance your ratio. You would want to indulge your salt craving and take in sodium salt to help restore the balance (and to help you retain water). If you take in more potassium, you would be further imbalancing your sodium to potassium ratio.
