Yes, the Liver-Flush should help hypoglycemia. An herbalist many years ago while teaching a class on herbgs said that the liver is the master organ and it is the liver that tells the pancreas how much insulin to put out.

To help with hypoglycemia while you are actually doing a liver flush, I found that making The Master Cleanse lemonade drink and sipping it when needed during the no food phase really helped, as well as helping me stay hydrated.
