Hi Spud,

Looking at the moon through a telescope is amazing. I have had the opportunity to view the moon this way. It really felt like I could touch it. The moon inspires me greatly and I wrote this poem.

I drove up the hill and....

Up to the lookout
I went one night
To try to be closer
To a beautiful sight

When I looked up, I saw
The glow of the moon
It's glimmering now
And will be settling soon

Radiating energy
Pure shining beams
I want to be with you
You are in my dreams

Good night, for now
As I turned away
I'll be back again, with you
When tomorrow is today...
