hey 643 ;D The protocol will be very strict as to what you can and cannot eat but you will never have you starving yourself or feeling hungry in fact you should feel light, clear-headed, well-nourished and energetic all throughout the day. You will get almost all essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals and living enzymes that keep your body in top shape but MOST OF ALL it DOES NOT provide any of the junk that sets off immune reactions and cause the lips to peel.

I'm going to layout the protocol in a way that should be followed 100% to the word with NO modifications to the plan. This may seem harsh but I can picture lazy people half-assing the protocol, eating a bunch of junk and then complaining and giving a bad review if they don't get results.

A few things I want to include in the website:

-1 week of pictures of my lips after eating typical western diet (2 pics/day at same time each day)

-1 week of my lips on my specialized EC protocol (2 pics/day at same time each day)

-Endoscopy video + clinical results

-Full diet and lifestyle plan written on an easy to follow printable 7 day schedule

I will be making a list of EXACTLY what I am eating and doing throughout the day in relation to each day of pictures taken. In the span of a few days you will see my lips go from red, inflamed, sloppy, cracked peeling lips to pink and 98% normal looking once my diet changes. This is the best proof i can offer people but reviews and testimonials will emerge with time.
