You're doing fine

1 Remember to drink a very small amount of baking soda like half coffee spoon only ! It's not the amount that will cure is the frequency, it will kill yeasts on your digestive tract.

2 If you feel comfortable: I had a strong, bad reaction against baking soda like you in the beginning, so its normal.

3 Wet your skin with pure water constantly during the day put a very little amount of baking soda in it.

4 Use coconut oil on a WET skin never over it when dry.

And insist with this cure it will be not in one week, 2 or 3 you will need 30 days to get results

Yeasts are difficult to kill.

Also wash your scalp with baking soda !! VERY IMPORTANT because if you don't do it you get reinfected
