Did my flush last night and everything went well. I used grapefruit juice with the 4 Epsoms doses and the Olive oil. No problem getting ANY of it down! I had floating chafe, and lots of peas. I examined some and they were soft so I thought they could be the peas I had in my soup yesterday at noon but I didn't think I had that many in one bowl of soup, especially not chewed. Could they be the beginning of stones? My cholestoral is high so I am hoping this is helping that problem. My bowels are still rumbling but I think the flush is about done. I will do another one in afew months but it does drain all of my energy. Thanks for all of your help.....
