my main fiber supplement is fresh ground flaxseeds.

apparently the yttrium based probiotics are bifidus and longum. I found this from a company that I have bought from before. It's an excellent company I think I might order this

yes on the turmeric, already take that and believe in it. Have never taken Guar gum, will look into it.

have taken inulin before without much success. Didn't really seem to help much of anything. But may as well try again since it's cheap
