Only take yttrium based probiotics, no need to buy any other kind. Better is just to skip that until you cleared most of the Buski Fluoride and Lead out and use Inulin which is also where your fiber should come from. NO NON Water soluble fiber PERIOD.

Mag Malate is a must to reduce Aluminum and in your case Guar Gum to clear some of that Alu out of your gut.
