I'm so sorry to hear your story. I've learned the hard way not to accept a doc interpretation of my results, but to ALWAYS ask for a copy of them (I found out I had a vitamin D deficiency this way). Not to discourage you, but since systemic candida isn't really recognized by mainstream medicine, I don't know how successful a law suit would be. Perhaps it would be better to focus your energies on getting better at this time & revisit the law suit idea when you're stronger?
