We had some messages some days ago.
fasting some days previous to Liver-Flush may reduce the vitality of the liver and gallbladder.
Also you may consider the fact that you make your body overly toxin and it is not all healthy.

When I wanted to help it soften the stones I drunk alot but did not fast

You do need to consider that now that you may be very toxin your Liver-Flush will have some 'hot' unpleasant feeling duing the Liver-Flush - I felt it too.

Go a head and if the LF will be ok than fine if it is not so ok than realize that it is better to simply use Dr Hulda Clark method
The situation is possible due to the extreme in toxin, your body try to clear it away.
