chilpep I have been Mirena free for over two years and I'm sorry to say that although I feel ten times better than I did there are still some lingering effects that will not seem to go away also right around my period and ovulation time just like everyone else. my main concerns used to be anxiety and palpitations but now I just have this fluttering in my heart that no cardiologist can explain I never even knew my heart existed before all of this so i don't know if there is some permanent damage or if my horomones are so screwed up that is what is affecting it. I just gave up on all my conventional DRs and started seeing a naturopathic Dr hopefully this will be the answer
Sorry to be bringing bad news to the site but I just can't believe how stupid I was to get it in the first place without checking into it I to was duped by my Dr to believe it was wonderful and then be told that i was crazy for thinking the mirena did this to me.
