I'm on the same page, I'm also 6 months post and still dealing with the symptoms, not as bad but still come around like you and other before, during and after my period. I would said that I feel 70% better than 6 months ago. Cant wait to have my life back and some days still wonder if have other illness that the Dr's couldn't find. I didn't experience the painful contractions, my symptoms are more of the autoimmune. I'm taking a good multivitamin, and 5HTP with I think it has help me a lot with my anxiety which was terrible before. Don't feel alone I know its very depressing to feel ill half of the 30 days of every month. I hope you start to feel better soon.
