 It sounds like a combination of a hiatal hernia and acid reflux. Here is a post explaining the acid reflux:

There are some chiropractors that are trained in dealing with hiatal hernias. So I recommend calling around and seeing if you can find one that knows how to push it back in.

Eating smaller meals will also help as well as correcting the stomach acid deficiency that leads to the bloating putting more pressure on the stomach.
