Hi - I agree with the suggestions in the previous post. I think colon and Liver Cleansing would do you a lot of good. I also think that eating a healthy, high-fiber diet and doing other types of detox (such as kidney cleansing) would help a lot as well. To learn more about this, you might to read "The Detox Book" by Bruce Fife, ND.
