I just read that thread, I didn't see anything about redness though. Seems to be mostly about problems with loss of vision?
I don't have any vision problems, but still, it was very interesting. The people posting there said it was soothing, and it seems beneficial for the general well-being of the eyes, so I ordered a bottle of the Dr.Christopher brand from ebay. Lets hope it works equally well for red eyes as it did for those guys' problems!

I'm still interested in my original vitamin E question though, if anyone has any experience with that as well!
