Thank you so much for the instruction. I will start doing this daily.

I just returned from my first appt with my nautropathic doctor and I tested strong for liver and kidneys, but very weak on adrenals and somewhat so on the pancreas.

I have been told in the past that eye puffiness CAN be adrenals, or kidneys or liver.
