It's great to hear about how someone breaks their fast. I know that can be the hardest part. I plan to break mine on watermelon, I don't have a juicer.
I have stools like you are describing on the 2nd day of my fast, like my body is trying to clear out all the junk in my colon.
what kind of diet are you following afterwards?
