I have the same problem and other lymphatic signs of congestion. How does one do a manual lymphatic drainage?

I dry brush, rebound, and use a sauna a few times a week. I am continuing colon cleansing and liver flushing, but nothing has changed this puffiness or helped my lymph congestion.

Thanking you in advance for your advice on a manual drainage....
