Hi,

the puffyness of yours eyes might be due to a one lateral lymphatic congestion as a result of colon problems. Puffy eyes may disappear after frequent flushings - however if for instance a bad tooth or a long standing infection of the tonsills is the underlying cause you should see either a dentist or try a manual lymphatic drainage (what you can do by yourself) or ear candling.

Cleansing the nose using a neti pot is another option tat helped me quite a lot.

Also check your bed and your pillow and your sleeping position at night. Try to get a special pillow that helps keeping your head in a proper position during the night.

Avoid salty food especially in the evening or food you might react allergic to.
