So it is really better to drink pure water on a water fast?
And some minerals are even useful in their free form, like ionic silver.
But then there may be damaging free minerals in spring water too.

But if we look upon all free minerals as damaging, and that pure water don't bind to excessive amounts of nutrients. Then we can safely assume that it is the best damn water we can get!
Better to be consuming the most pure, right?

Now I will just look for studies that show the relation between deficiency in minerals and drinking pure water. If there are any...
