Hi, I'm on a Water Fast and have experienced a few bouts of various pains, as the body works on healing different things, and when I got some burning pain in the heart area, I tried this, and within about a minute it went from a 6 to a ).

then I tried if for a longstanding pain I've lived with for about 20 years in the vicinity of the right shoulder blade, that sometimes makes sitting (as in meditation) quite difficult, and used to make lying on my back near impossible.

I tried the hand position for that too, and it very quickly decresed it to about a 1.

kind of amazing, but miraculous in that natural way; it's nice to know that beings in utero have a way to de-pain themselves. That makes me smile.
