Wow, I didn't realize that you are supposed to take coffee enema at 10pm, when you take the oil mixture - can you prompt me where does Dr. Clark say this? I thought you are supposed to go to bed RIGHT AWAY! and I didn't find it on on the published Curezone recipe either....
I was actually going to do an enema daytime...Am I wrong?
