I've seen a chinese herbalist and my skin did improve. I was drinking it everyday for about 3 months. One day of herbal medicine was $12, so it really adds up. But honestly after going through my diet right now, raw foods, no more junk. My skin improve way much more. Another thing about chinese herbal medicine is that it is extremely extremely hard to drink. Imagine as if drinking tar. I think since your daughter is so young it mite be very difficult to get her to drink it, and if she does, it's very possible she my gag it out. But I don't know how it works for babies but it might be different, so it is worth a try.
