2nd chance, glad to hear you tried it. It sounds like you had a great flush. The size of the stones indicates how blocked up you were. You might not feel great right aways since you stirred up so much junk. If I were you I would start taking psyllium to soak up the junk in you colon. Fiber really helps to clean up your colon. Also drink plenty of H2O to help out.
