WoW! That wasn't just a post, it was a journey! My search for the magic bullet always runs me back into the dam details. My fear is that this is too complicated for me to ever figure out. It's a shame real doctors won't figure this out for us and put their brilliance toward some genuine good.

Yes, diet is the basic foundation to our everything, anything else we do is just tuning and tweaking.

I have no particular malady, I just developed a health fetish after going cold turkey off a 3 pack a day self destruction last August. Maybe I'm hoping to catch that hard swing in the other direction similar to those 'born again' ex-mother stabber father rapers.
