What may work for some may not work for others.

I can imagine that people with dry skin but still suffer from SD may not benefit as much from baking soda as people with a very oily skin. Just like some people have great benefits with apple cider vinegar while others may not. This forum is a medium to find whatever works best for every individual person. There's no need to be an all knowing d**kh**d about it, either people try it or they don't.

Personally I have indeed used baking soda and I have had a good result so far after a week. Especially since I've combined it with topical steroids, which is a tremendous help when you're basically scorching your skin with the baking soda. It simply reduces inflammation at a much faster speed your skin normally can.

What's also interesting, is that I have had no side-affects of the topical steroid after a whole week of usage. Normally I'd get little bumps/pimples on my skin, but now that the baking soda also dries out my skin, nothing seems to show up. So again, whatever works best personally.
