the acid in the vinegar is an activator. it actually creates even more free Iodine in the stomach. thats why i say to stick with jcrows small doses when doing this.

supplementation at this level is is not enough to counter what bothers most of the people most of the time and that is halogen imbalance. when it comes to that, SSKI is king.
