Hi - Any type of detox puts a strain on the adrenals. Since you've done so much of it, you may have developed adrenal fatigue in the process. You may want to keep this in mind when making decisions about detox in the future. Have you taken the saliva test? It's the best one for detecting AF, and determining how severe it is.
