Anyway they say not to break the fast on a low point...You are just detoxing alot...the soonest day when you can do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) do one and it should take care of it. Get your colon as clean as possible!!Get that yucky stuff out of you and you will feel better! It's always amazing how much comes out after days of not eating!
