well i can't tell you to flush or not too flush. I have done a few master cleanses, 5 days, 7 days, and 9 days, and they have been ok for me. Maybe i need to do it longer for better results, but i still feel good about cleansing and giving the sytem a break from a lot of crap we put in our bodies from food. I just did my first flush last week, and it was pretty cool, got rid of over a hundred stone or so, and felt really good. But then i had mild pain and discomfort in my right side which hasn't gone away. I look forward to doing another flush. What i have found is that a lot of people experience a lot of different things, some painful, but after another, or 2 or 5 more flushes they finally get it all and start to feel wonderful. There are very, very few cases of extreme problems that have arisen for people, but often it seems that they may not have followed the very simple instructions(Dr. Clark's), and therefore have problems. Even though i am having pains, i have found a number of possibilities for this on this site, and i a not worried about it as if i continue to take care of myself, i'm sure to work it out. I guess my advice is, read this site, spend hours checking out all the threads, and you will find probably all your questions answered, from the experiences of hundreds and hundreds. For anyone whose experience makes you nervous, you will find 30 that make it seem worth the risk, good luck
