Dr. Sherry Rogers in her book “Detoxify or Die” recommends two 2-cup enemas daily for your whole life. I have taken them daily for several months with very good results. Also taking a 1 cup retention acidophilous enema every night for one or two months is an excellent way to repopulate your intestines. I use 1/8 of a teaspoon of acidophilus powder in a cup of warm water. Inject it with a bulb syringe and retain it for the night.

I have not tried Kelp. The only thing I added to the coffee enema is Epsom Salts but then this is not for a long term use.

When I feel toxic I take cleansing enemas followed by a one quart coffee enema with one and one half teaspoon of Epsom salts. I usually manage to retain this for 20 minutes. Then I take a cleansing enema to flush out all the toxic waste. Works well for me.
