I see it's been a while since you posted this. I hope things are going better for you now! I commend you on trying to get to the bottom of what's going on and caring about your wife. It sounds like you may have psychological issues affecting your sex life. Anxiety and Depression can get in the way of relaxing into arousal. These are treatable and you should see someone with a background in treating these common disorders.
