I understand how u feel. I used to have it too. Very bad too. Now it only comes once in a blue moon. I went into Depression because of it. It got so bad until I cant seem to relax anymore. And I ALWAYS hide in my room. And my leaky gas was so bad till there were strangers saying stuff like, "Why dont u just go and die?". I really felt like committing suicide then. My university counsellor sent me to a phychiatrist. He gave me Solian and Lexapro. The first day after taking it, I felt so very very very realxed and I slept lots. With the medication, I cant seem to feel tensed or nervous. That's when healing started i guess. Try going to a phychiatrist. It helps. I used to have bad headaches with it. Then i did 2 gallbladder flushes and I feel so much better now. I hope and pray that u too may have ur normal life back. ^^ Btw, i get it too when i dont breathe properly for a long period of time (shallow breaths) and when I overwork myself.
