I actually flushed before I ever took the herbs. I flushed three times but didn't get much out of it, so I stopped. Now I realize I should have taken the herbs for a while and then flushed. It would have made it easier. But because the herbs relieved my pain, I just went with them. But that wasn't enough. So here I am, a little over a year later, wishing I'd flushed before I started having attacks again. Well, you live and learn. Flush now while you've got the chance. I have an ultrasound on Monday. I'd rather cancel as I'm basically uninsured right now. So, crossing my fingers, I flush away!
