thanks for the tip on the pumpkin and sunflower seeds.. definitely tasty. :)

i've had cooked ground flax in many things before and haven't been affected by it! i was planning on making the "crackers" in a food dehydrator anyway, with unsweetened shredded coconut as well. i'll figure somethin out.
