no, flaxseed has ZERO DHA/EPA in it. it is usually concentrated from fish oil, however if you're a vegetarian you can get an algae-based DHA supplement.

I have tried many different brands and I found that "Nordic naturals" is by far my favorite. Please look into this, it really is important for your baby's brain and nerve health
