Anyone with me?

My GB pain is down to a dull roar, so I'm just going to do it today. I'm taking the advice of others who said they'd rather drink a cup of oil than have their gallbladders out. I see the wisdom in that. And seeing that my health insurance is pretty much ready to cancel me, I think it's time to try something a little cheaper than surgery.

This time I'm going to drink 3/4 cup of oil because the three times I'd flushed before, I didn't think I got very much out of it with only a half cup. Also, there's no way I'd ever be able to take that fourth dose of ES. I think I'll try the salt water in the morning that Julia Chang suggests. And I'm allergic to citrus fruits, so it's fresh apple juice for me.
