Hey there:)....I have been extremely ill for 3 years. I purchased a near infered sauna in August. From Sep to Jan i used it working up to 20 minutes per day (very sensitive). Was totally amazed with the results. Howver, when I did a liver detox simultaneously something changed in my cells. I did the sauna that day and the skin of my stomach began hurting terrivbly. Now, that pain has lasted to this very moment, leaving me barely able to touch it. I tried to get back in the sauna but it hurts very bad. What about turning my back to it?? Or puting something over my stomach?? Would I still get the benifits? Somebody help me out:)!!!!! Thanks.
