All the Water Kefir making instruction videos I find on YouTube says to place a paper towel or coffee filter over the jar instead of a tight lid because the jar could explode with the Carbon Dioxide. Are they not making their Kefir water properly? I think they are still getting the fizz. Sorry to rehash over this it's just everything I research says paper towel not tight lid. It's confusing.
