>>>how long have you been using it and how is it working for you?<<<

I have been using it probably for a year and a half i suppose. I use it just about everyday, i dont particularly like doing it but the benefit i get from it outweighs the pain of getting in it every morning. So its working really well for me or i wouldnt keep doing it. From the way it sounds the one your looking at isnt infrared, so i dont know if you were looking for more of a steam sauna or a radiant heat, so i guess that would be one thing to consider.

As far as what mine looks like lol..........well, i got the idea from here, it gives you plans on how to make one

However.... i live in a really small apt and i dont have the room for that so mine is really ghetto looking. All i did was purchased 2 infrared bulbs (i use 3 now) and use those light fixtures that mechanics use that they clip on the underside of the hood of a car, and i put the lights in those fixtures and put down a couple of towels on the floor, then i take an old blanket and drape it over me, then i cut a hole in the blanket so i can watch tv while i sit there. So im sitting indian style with one light shining on my lower back and the other two in front. The lamps have gaurds on them so the blanket doesnt touch the lights, the reason i shine one on my lower back is because infared is good for sore joints. I set my timer for 20 minutes after the first drop of sweat falls, because sometimes it takes longer for me to start sweating. If your really sick make sure you replace minerals, like potassium, magnesium, i use iron, calcium etc.
