For my last flush I had about 1/2 a teacup of olive oil to a full teacup of pink grapefruit juice, and I had them in the fridge for a whole day before I shook them. I just sat up in bed, shook the mixture, gulped it down and then laid on my back straight away. I didn't feel much nausea like I did during my previous attempts.
