Thank you for this informative post. I had a feeling it was possible to extend the cycle a little bit, but for up to several days is very good to hear. And to be able to rejuvenate, I also understand and this is excellent to hear.

Really helpful post.

I have a source of kefir lined up, but, may I ask... what source do you prefer?
