Hi,

I can get a new jar with a better lid. Any suggestions or what do you use?

Do you think the Kefir I have is worth drinking or should I wait till the next batch in the new jar?

I strained my grains and put a new "batch" together and the plastic lid to the "iced tea" jar kept popping up. I tightened the lid real tight and as I was walking away I heard a "pop". I went back and the lid had popped up itself un-tight or loose again.
