yeah, I have had some thermal swings.
I have been on Iodoral for 5-6 weeks now
Initially hot flashes, last week feeling cold.
I just switched to SSKI today
I had some warm stuff happening today
sounds pretty normal from one of my clients after she started and what I am reading here.

Ditto on the 5 droppers of what type of Iodine????
How much are you doing....mg wise?
