"5 droppers full" of what type of iodine? That seems like a lot no matter what the type. Maybe I'm wrong.

I also get hot and cold. I never had cold feet before until I started Iodine but now they are cold all the time. I am hoping that with time the hot sweats alternating with cold feet will stop.
