Send me an e-mail and I'll send you a copy of the five to seven day apple juice and apple fast my doctor gave me three years ago. Its a difficult flush, but very effective. It uses no Epsom Salts . It does require drinking a lot of oil, but I lost 13 pounds the week I did that flush, about half of it came back within two weeks though.
